house. The house was founded in 1879 by Mr. Pere Tropes, great-grandfather,
and has been elegantly restored with the original style of the old house.
The rural house consists
of a kitchen-dining room with open fireplace, a reading room, games and
television, three triple bedrooms each with bathroom and a garden with
barbecue.
The house is equipped with
heating, washing machine, microwaves, oven, DVD, music system and internet
connection. Private Parking is available. |

village: Torrelles de Foix
Torrelles de Foix is a village
of 800 inhabitants irrigated by the waters of the Pontons’s stream and
the river Foix. In order to enjoy it, take a ride crossing the streets
of the village where you can see that the old laundries, water troughs
and remains of the advanced watering system which was built in the Middle
Age. This watering system made the village one of the most important agricultural
centers in the district. |

Also it
is recommended to visit “Dous” which is the name of a water source with
about 35 spouts, the best way to arrive there is walking (around 15 minutes).
