Diplomatic Hotel is located in Barcelona, Spain, within two blocks of Passeig
de Gracia's shops and six blocks from the Gothic Quarter. The nearest metro

Completely overhauled in 1999, the
AC Diplomatic Hotel has large front windows with potted trees framing its
entrance. Inside is a large, open-plan lobby with marble floors, brown
sofas and mirrored pillars, leading into the bar and library.
The hotel's zen-inspired Nicte Restaurant
has a wall of windows, venetian blinds, cream marble floors, upholstered
chairs and dark pink furnishings. It serves buffet breakfasts, and modern
Mediterranean dishes with local influences for lunch and dinner. Leading
off the lobby, the bar is finished with potted plants and large modern
paintings, and offers drinks and snacks.
The AC Diplomatic Hotel has seven
meeting rooms for up to 120 people, and dial-up internet connections in
public areas (surcharge). The hotel can provide in-house catering.
